10/26

Today in American lit some of the class presented their poem analysis. We had to write two themes and three things we learned. My favorite out of the three was “Nothing Gold Can Stay” by Robert Frost. Essentially the poem was about how things are more valuable in the beginning and ‘good’ things don’t last forever. A theme was “Enjoy the moment before it’s gone.” The author connects gold which is a very valuable item to nature. For a personal connection one can connect it to relationships or friendships in life.
